At Bush Knowing Forest School, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement, or exchange in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Faulty Goods
We will only process refunds for items that are deemed faulty. A product is considered faulty if it is damaged, defective, or does not function as advertised at the time of purchase.
2. Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds for faulty goods are only available within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for faulty goods, please return the item within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to provide:
- The original receipt or proof of purchase
- The faulty item in its original packaging (if available)
4. Refund Process
Once we assess the condition of the item, we will:
- Offer a full refund to the original method of payment
- Provide a replacement or exchange, if preferred and available
5. Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds for items that are:
- Damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Non-faulty, such as a change of mind or incorrect colour choice
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
